      为探究活性粉末混凝土孔结构与强度的关系,本文研究了配合比参数对RPC抗压强度的影响,同时,使用X CT、压汞法和氮气吸附法测试了热水养护与高温养护下RPC的孔结构.试验结果表明,通过优选组分配制出了在热水养护下抗压强度为205.3 MPa和在200 ℃高温养护下抗压强度达271.6 MPa的RPC;高温养护样品在介孔范围内的孔数远大于热水养护的样品,而微米孔径上的孔体积始终小于热水养护样品,高温养护能有效细化孔径和提高RPC的抗压强度,结合运用3种测试方法能够更详细地描述RPC从介孔到大孔的孔径分布情况.
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the relationship between the pore structure and strength of reactive powder concrete, the effect of proportion parameters on the compressive strength of RPC was studied in this paper. The hot water curing and high temperature curing RPC holes were tested by X-CT technique, mercury intrusion porosimetry and nitrogen adsorption method. The test results show that the RPC with a compressive strength of 205.3 MPa under hot water curing and a compressive strength of 271.6 MPa under high temperature curing at 200°C is prepared by the preferred components. The number of pores in the mesoporous range of the high temperature curing sample is much larger than that of the hot water curing sample, and the pore volume on the micro pore size is always smaller than that of the hot water curing sample, and the high temperature curing can effectively refine the pore diameter, thereby increasing the RPC compressive strength. Combined with three test methods, the pore size distribution of RPC from mesopores to macropores can be described in more detail.
