      基于海南岛18个国家气象站1960~2017年逐日气温和降水资料,对比分析改进前后的综合气象干旱指数在海南地区的适用性,统计了各地区年、季干旱发生频率、日数、强度和覆盖范围,分析了海南岛干旱的时空分布特征.结果表明:改进后的CInew指数在不同地区3次典型干旱过程的监测中,显著减少了不连续旱情加重现象;海南岛各市县年干旱发生频率在47%~74%之间,呈现西高东低的分布特征;年干旱日数在56~104 d之间,呈西南部沿海多、中部少的分布特征;年干旱强度在-209~-123之间,呈现西南部沿海强、中东部弱的分布特征.季节干旱发生频率、日数、强度均为春季最严重,冬季次之,夏、秋季较弱.全年发生大范围干旱的年份有9年,1969、1977、1979和2004年干旱覆盖范围达到100%.
英文摘要:
      Based on the daily temperature and precipitation data of 18 national meteorological stations in Hainan Island from 1960 to 2017, the daily meteorological drought composite index (CI) and improved CInew were compared and analyzed. The occurrence frequency, days, intensity and coverage area of the annual and seasonal droughts in each region were statistically analyzed, then the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of drought in Hainan Island were analyzed. The results indicated that CInew index can decrease uncontinurous enhancement of drought to the most extent in three typical drought processes in different regions. The annual drought frequency of each city and county in Hainan Island was between 47~74%, and west was higher than east. The annual drought days were between 56 and 104d, it was more in southwest coast and less in central part. The annual drought intensity was between -209 and -123, and it was stronger in southwest coast and weaker in east-central part. The frequency, days and intensity of seasonal drought were all the most serious in spring, followed by winter, and weaker in summer and autumn. The large area drought in whole year occurred in 9 years, and the area coverage reached 100% in 1969, 1977, 1979 and 2004. In winter the large area drought occurred most, reached 8 years, but least in summer, only 1 years.
