      为了了解和分析华南地区主要海水养殖水域中主要哈维氏弧菌的抗药性,本文调查了采自中国华南地区海水养殖水域的41株哈维氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)对40种常见抗生素的耐药性,并作了聚类分析,探讨其抗生素耐药性同菌株时空分布的关系。结果显示,41株菌均对阿米卡星耐药,40种抗生素对菌株的耐药率为4.9%~100%,所有菌株对40种的抗生素的多重耐药比率在27.5%~95.0%之间,对30种以上的抗生素耐药的菌株有15株。耐药谱型为41种,三亚、文昌、深圳、临高、陵水、湛江的分离菌株分别含有11、11、3、3、1、12种耐药谱型,这5个地区的共同耐药谱为:莫/氨/强/青/咪/丁。2010年、2011年、2012年、2013年、2015年分别具有4、5、5、 24、3种耐药谱型。聚类分析在欧式距离平方为2时,将实验菌株分为ⅰ~ⅶ共7个亚群,分别含有9,5,9,5,2,10,1种耐药谱型,耐药量最少是亚群ⅴ,共11种,最多是亚群ⅶ,共19种;在欧式距离平方为8时,聚类为 Group I、Group II 两个组群,两个组群菌株对麦/利/罗/左/环/壮/恩/吩/新八种抗生素的敏感性存在明显差异, Group I菌株的耐药种类明显多于Group II菌株,并且耐药谱型更多。实验结果表明,华南地区海水养殖水域中的哈维氏弧菌具有严重的多重耐药性,哈维氏弧菌分离株耐药谱型多样, 来源不同的菌株耐药谱型存在差异, 耐药性聚类分析方法可对是对这些菌株的一种有效分型手段。
英文摘要:
      The present study investigated the resistance to drug of Vibrio harveyi isolates collected from diseased fish that were cultured along Mariculture area in South China. The antibiotic resistance profiles of 41 strains were tested with 40 common antibiotics and the antimicrobial susceptibility data were used to analyze correlations between antibiogram and subgroup types. Fourth-one V. harveyi were Resistant to amikacin , Fourth-one V. harveyi were Resistant to amikacin , The resistance rate of 40 kinds of antibiotics to the strain was 4.9%~100%, The multiple resistant rate of strains to 40 kinds of antibiotics was 27.5% ~ 95.0%, There are 15 strains resistant to more than 30 antibiotics。Forty-one V.harveyi isolates formed 41 antibiogram types,Isolates originating from Sanya, Wenchang, Shenzhen,Lingao ,Lingshui and Zhanjiang possessed 11, 11, 3,,3,1 and 12 of the antibiogram types, respectively, and all shared the type AMO/AMP/DOX/PG/AZL/AK. Representative antibiogram types were 4 ,5,5,24 from 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015, respectively . The strains clustered initially into seven subgroups (i–vi) when the Euclidean distance was 2 and each subgroup contained 9,5,9,5,2,10,1 kinds of antibiogram types respectively. Resistant to the least subgroup v, a total of 11 species, up to subgroup vii, a total of 19 species. when the Euclidean distance was 8 ,the strains clustered into two subgroups (I-II)and there were significant differences in the sensitivity of the eight antibiotics MID/RIF/RT /LEV/CIP/STP/ENR/CTC/NEO. Our research revealed that the V. harveyi isolates displayed polymorphic antibiogram types of moderately high abundance and could be typed for resistance effectively by cluster analysis.
