      中空氧化锌微球(ZnO)由于其低密度,大比表面以及出色的表面渗透性等特点而广泛应用于药物传输、化学储能、催化和传感等众多领域。本论文采用碳微球为模板,ZIF-8作为锌源,成功合成了中空氧化锌微球。对合成的中空氧化锌微球进行了粉末X-射线衍射(PXRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)的表征,并将合成的中空氧化锌微球制备成气敏元件进行了气敏性能测试。结果表明合成的中空ZnO微球物相单一,直径大约在5-8 μm。气敏测试结果表明气敏元件在最佳工作温度下(200 °C)对乙醇气体表现出良好的选择性和较高的灵敏度(在100 ppm乙醇气体中的灵敏度为38)。气敏元件对浓度100 ppm的乙醇气体的响应时间和恢复时间分别为20 s和28 s。研究结果证实所合成的ZnO中空微球展现出最佳工作温度低,灵敏度高,选择性好等优点。
英文摘要:
      Hollow sphere of ZnO can be used in a number of areas including drug delivery, , chemical storage, catalysis and sensors, etc, because of featuring low density, high surface area, and good surface permeability. In this article, ZnO hollow sphere structures were successfully synthesized by template method. In this method, carbon sphere as the template and ZIF-8 as the souce of Zn.The as-prepared products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray powder diffraction(PXRD), and the gas sensing properties of as-prepared products to ethanol were also investigated. The results indicated the ZnO hollow sphere structures were single crystalline ZnO samples with diameter of about 5-8 μm. It was found that sensor based on ZnO hollow sphere structures exhibited excellent selectivity and high sensitivity toward ethanol at optimum temperature of 200°C, giving a response of about 38 to 100ppm ethanol. Significantly, operating at 200°C, the senson’s response and recovery time to 100ppm ethanol was only 20s and 28s respectively. The result revealed that the synthesized ZnO hollow spheres showed the advantages of low temperature, high sensitivity and good selectivity.
