      研究了一种基于导光板量子点网点微结构的背光新技术,提出了一个方案,即将红/绿量子点按合适的比例填充到导光板网点油墨中,然后以蓝光LED作为入射光源来激发导光板网点微结构中的红/绿量子点,以获得相应的红/绿光,并将其与剩余蓝光混合形成白光.在该方案中,重点研究了背光源白平衡的关键影响因素,其中包括红/绿量子点的合适配比、蓝光激发强度以及油墨等.最后,基于此技术试制了背光模组样机,并通过印刷方式加工了625 nm/525 nm的红/绿量子点网点的微结构,同时采用中心波长为450 nm的蓝光LED激发,通过测试,该样机输出的白光CIE1931色坐标为(0.3175,0.314),色温为6 281K,色域覆盖率达到119.3%.实验结果表明:该方案可行性较高,是一种与传统侧入式背光生产工艺较为贴近的量子点背光源新方案.
英文摘要:
      In our report, a novel technology for LED backlight based on micro dot structures mixed with quantum dots was studied, and a protocol was proposed, in which red and green quantum dots with a certain right proportion were filled into the micro structure of light guide plate, in order to obtain white balance, blue LEDs were applied as the excitation light source. The key factors on the white balance of backlight were also studied, which includes concentration ratio of red/green quantum dots, light excitation intensity of blue LEDs, ink characteristics and so on. Based on the proposed method, a sample prototype of a backlight system was developed, the micro dot structures mixed with R/G quantum dots of 625 nm/525 nm were excited by the blue LEDs of 450 nm. The test data indicated that the output color coordinates (CIE1931) of the sample was (0.3175, 0.314), color temperature was 6 281 K, and the color gamut coverage rate attained 119.3%. The results showed that the proposed method was feasible, and was a novel method of quantum dots based backlight, which was closer to the traditional manufacturing process of edge lit backlight system.
